3 acres located in park city. We have a full hook up rv spot as well as a electric only spot. Electric only spot has EPIC park city ridge line views. Full hook up only partial view. We live onsite as well. Ski resorts all within 15 min drive. 3-5min drive to restaurants and groceries located at Kimball junction. 10-15 min drive to lively park city main st. There are a few walk to hiking and biking trails, one walk to BBQ restaurant, and one convenience store. Gated property, fully secured. No all night raves or guests alllowed, keep it simple and be courteous.

Electric hook up van spot (30amp)

There are 2 spots as part of the driveway (btw, you need a code to get through the gate, so ask the host ahead of time before you're arriving), one towards the back/side and one in the front of the house. I stayed in the back/side spot. It is parallel w/ the dog kennel attached to the house, which the resident dogs were alert barking about us being on their property and occasionally the dogs were loose/roaming the driveway (luckily me and my dog were in our rig so no direct intros). The highway is behind this location, so expect to hear noise pollution. Overall, it was a decent first night for me to trial my new truck camper purchase and have an electric hookup. Host was flexible and accommodating with my request to stay past check-out so my work day wasn't disrupted.

We loved our space and our hosts were great. A big plus we got to love on their dogs! Great views of the Wasatch Mountains and Park City.
