CDT continental divide trail, Acoma/Zuni trail, Chain of Crasters wilderness study area, El malpais lava flow, close to el morro national monument in El Morro EstatesPrimitive Wilderness Campsite at volcanic craters, explore the lava falls, underground lava tubes at big tubes area, El Malpais National Monument, the Continental Divide Trail CDT, backcountry byway 42 , chain of craters wilderness study are, west malpais wilderness and lava bomb cave, ice caves, lava fields, cibola national forest, oso ridge fire towers, have a swim at bluewater lake state park and watch the bat cave flyout at sunset every day in season
