This parcel was once part of a larger homestead in the area. It directly borders over 500 acres of land managed by the Idaho Department of Lands. My home is a large A frame that has been added onto in three different directions, hence the name Hodge Podge Lodge.Large abandoned level garden area to camp on. Adjacent campfire area provided with wood, table and chairs. Close to Coeur d' Alene (8 miles) and Post Falls, Idaho (9 miles).   Trash, recycling and potable water available. Mowed trails throughout property to observe wildlife and walk your pet(s).

We had a great stay _ very private spot with beautiful views all around. David was helpful and welcoming, showing us exactly where to set up.Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

This is the perfect spot if you want an amazing view, privacy, and hiking trails within. We saw turkey's, deer, elk, and many different birds. David was very accommodating and replied within minutes when we reached out. The best Hipcamp spot we have found in 6 years, highly recommend.
